Lena Nemirovsky-Wiskind – Executive Director: Nemirovsky-Wiskind, an accomplished pianist, serves as Hassadna’s Executive Director. Nemirovsky-Wiskind is a graduate of the Tel Aviv University Musicology Department and has performed as a soloist and chamber music player in Israel and abroad. Nemirovsky-Wiskind joined the Conservatory in 1994 as a piano teacher, served as Associate Director in 2001 and was appointed Executive Director in 2002.
Ronit Berman – Artistic Director: Berman, an accomplished flutist, serves as the Conservatory’s Artistic Director. At only 14 years old, she was accepted to studies at the most distinguished Conservatoire National Superieur in Paris. Following graduation, she completed a second M.A. and an Artistic Diploma (with distinction) in Music from the Jerusalem Music Academy and the Hebrew University. In 2000, Berman was appointed principle flutist with the Israel Chamber Orchestra. Berman performed as a soloist with leading orchestras in Israel and in hundreds of concerts, recitals and festivals in Israel, Europe and the United States. Moreover she won prizes at international flute competitions in Israel, Poland and France. Berman joined the Conservatory in 2000 as a flute teacher and was appointed Artistic Director and Program Coordinator of From Risk to Opportunity in 2003.
Dr. Oleg Bogod – Associate Director: Bogod, an accomplished pianist, serves as Hassadna’s Associate Director. Bogod holds a Ph.D in Performance and Composition from Bar Ilan University and a B.A. and M.A. from the Jerusalem Academy of Music in Jerusalem. A talented composer, he specializes in jazz and ethnic compositions and has performed with a number of jazz ensembles in Israel and abroad. Bogod joined the Conservatory in 2006 as Director of the Jazz Department and Pedagogical Coordinator and was appointed Associate Director in 2010.
